For night three of my dinner challenge, we made salmon with rice and veggies. After the rich (and delicious) meals from Monday and Tuesday night, I wanted something a little lighter. This did just the trick!
Craig cooked the salmon on our cast iron with just a little dry seasoning and I grilled the veggies and made some Uncle Ben's wild rice. I lightly seasoned the vegetables with garlic, red pepper, black pepper and paprika (which is what we season most things with to be honest) and then added some fresh lemon when it was all done. As for the food photography portion of this challenge, I love how colorful this meal was!
