You may or may not remember me talking about my Senior Graphic Design Show which I have been working on all semester, but in any case, it's finished. After a long semester of too much caffeine, too many trips to Kinkos and too many critiques, the show has come and gone.
My thesis was on the importance of small business in today's society, something I am personally very interested in, so I really enjoyed getting to make my small, fictional retail company Fellow. These are pictures from the show (which was kind of anti-climatic and only up for three days). You can visit the website I made for it here.
This project was challenging though not as stressful as I thought it would be...not that it wasn't stressful at times or crazy time consuming, but I didn't rip my hair out or anything. The biggest challenge (and what ended up being one of my favorite parts of the show) was the photography. We had to create all of our own images (photos or illustrations) and I knew illustrations weren't going to solve my design problem, so I had to whip out the camera, round up some models and hope for the best.
Thanks to everyone who listened to me talk all semester about the project and for everyone who helped out. It was a great way to (finally) end my college career.
